We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged during delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Personal care, hygiene, or customized products (if applicable).
Clearance, sale, or non-returnable items marked on the product page.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Number
Customer Name
Reason for Return
Photos or videos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return if the product is eligible under this policy.

7. Non-Delivery

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
